On Saturday, November 26, guides Chris and Devin made a hike up to Snyder Basin.

Packs loaded with ice gear, they made the 4-mile, 2,000′ ascent in just under two hours. The ice was too thin to climb, but the vistas were spectacular. Check out our images of a landscape one guest likened to “Narnia”.

We are currently without snow in the valley, however forecasters are calling for a major snow event this coming weekend (12/3-4). It could mean big fun for folks visiting for the holidays.
